This blog chronicles my life as a new mom to "wee" Freddie (and now "wee" Elsie, too!). I am an American with an Irish partner and we recently moved from Edinburgh, Scotland to Seattle, USA. We are sad to see Freddie's Scottish accent going but love living in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We look forward to welcoming a new arrival this April!

Happy Paddy's Day!
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! If you're Irish, or simply like any excuse for a par-tay (one of the reasons I'm proud to say I'm American), you're probably boozing it up and doing an Irish jig right now. If you're 22 months old, you celebrate by wearing green and rolling around in a bean bag chair. Here are some pics of Freddie, our little leprechaun, kicking up his heels for his Irish roots:
